	(COND_MAN_PAGES): New conditional.
	(AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add util/Makefile.
	* doc/Makefile.am (kernel_CFLAGS): Add -m32 and -nostdlib.
	* doc/multiboot.texi (Invoking mbchk): New chapter.
