Build fixes for GNU/kFreeBSD.
	
	* Makefile.util.def: Add `$(LIBZFS) $(LIBNVPAIR)' library dependencies
	to programs that require ZFS conversion.
	* grub-core/kern/emu/hostdisk.c (grub_util_biosdisk_is_floppy): Support
	kernels that don't have FLOPPY_MAJOR.
