Added a language packages menu to the project manager
...
What this will do is basically there will be a list of languages and u
will click install on any of them and then you will have auto complete
and syntax highlighting and stuff for that language. I don't want to
just have every lang that code fly supports automatically be part of
code fly.

Made it so the editor knows what folder your in
...
I put all the stuff for getting the current folder in comments since the
current folder is unused for now.

Added a button to go to the file tree
...
It doesnt actually do anything yet but I'll probably make that soon.
Also I think the icon for the button looks pretty good considering I
wrote the svg myself instead of using an svg editor lol.

Added a function for making a new project
...
It doesn't get called anywhere in the frontend yet but I'll make it get
called once lncvrt is done with his changes to the frontend. Also for
now webserver and website both just have an index.php with one header.
But lncvrt will make it so it gets templates from a git repo.
