	* video/fb/fbutil.c: Add comment about addressing.
	(get_data_ptr): Rename to ...
	(grub_video_fb_get_video_ptr): ... this. All users updated.
	* video/fb/video_fb.c (grub_video_fb_get_video_ptr): Remove.
