	* include/multiboot.h (MULTIBOOT_MAGIC): Rename from this ...
	(MULTIBOOT_HEADER_MAGIC): ... to this.  Update all users.
	(MULTIBOOT_MAGIC2): Rename from this ...
	(MULTIBOOT_BOOTLOADER_MAGIC): ... to this.  Update all users.
