The following TPM 2.0 commands are introduced to tss2 to access the TPM non-volatile memory associated with the NV index handles: - TPM2_NV_DefineSpace, - TPM2_NV_UndefineSpace, - TPM2_NV_ReadPublic, - TPM2_NV_Read, - TPM2_NV_Write. The related marshal/unmarshal functions are also introduced. Gary Lin	63a78f4b4d	tss2: Add TPM2 types and Marshal/Unmarshal functions ... This commit adds the necessary TPM2 types and structs as the preparation for the TPM2 Software Stack (TSS2) support. The Marshal/Unmarshal functions are also added to handle the data structure to be submitted to TPM2 commands and to be received from the response.
