Remove everything not related to Multiboot.  A huge number of files
        was removed (too many to list them here).  The following files were
        modified:

        * AUTHORS: Remove GRUB-specific bits.
        * Makefile.am: Likewise.
        * THANKS: Likewise.
        * autogen.sh: Likewise.
        * configure.ac: Likewise.
        * docs/Makefile.am: Likewise.
