Add initial support for lzop files decompression.

* grub-core/Makefile.core.def (lzopio): New module.
* grub-core/io/lzopio.c: New file.
* include/grub/file.h (grub_file_filter_id): New compression filter
GRUB_FILE_FILTER_LZOPIO.
