Support powerpc with GCC that defines __PPC__ but not __powerpc__.

* config.h.in (__powerpc__) [__PPC__ && !__powerpc__]: New definition.
	* grub-core/lib/setjmp.S: Treat __PPC__ as equivalent to __powerpc__.
