* conf/powerpc-ieee1275.rmk (COMMON_ASFLAGS): Remove -fno-builtin.
    (COMMON_CFLAGS): Remove -fno-builtin and -D__ASSEMBLY__. Add
    -ffreestanding and -msoft-float.
