Based on patch from Fabian Greffrath <greffrath@leat.rub.de>
        * util/grub.d/10_linux.in: Add ${GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT} to the
        first boot option.
        * util/update-grub.in: Export GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT.
