* gencmdlist.sh: New file.

  * genmk.rb (PModule::rule): Generate a rule for a command list.
  Clean command.lst.
  Generate command.lst from $(COMMANDFILES).

  * Makefile.in (COMMON_DISTFILES): Added gencmdlist.sh.
  (DATA): Added $(pkgdata_DATA).
  (install-local): Install files in $(pkgdata_DATA).
