Split coreboot and multiboot ports.

	* include/grub/i386/multiboot/kernel.h: Likewise.
	* include/grub/i386/multiboot/loader.h: Likewise.
	* include/grub/i386/multiboot/memory.h: Likewise.
	* include/grub/i386/multiboot/serial.h: Likewise.
	* include/grub/i386/multiboot/time.h: Likewise.
	* include/grub/multiboot.h: Add GRUB_MACHINE_MULTIBOOT to ifdef.
	* loader/multiboot.c: Likewise.
	* loader/multiboot_mbi2.c: Likewise.
	* util/grub-mkrescue.in: Generate multiboot rescue.
