Remove platform and target_cpu replacement.

* configure.ac: Remove platform and target_cpu substitutions.
	* tests/util/grub-shell.in: Use modinfo.
	* util/powerpc/ieee1275/grub-mkrescue.in: Specify powerpc-ieee1275
	explicitly.
