* docs/grub.texi (General commands): Added ``pager'' into the
	menu.
	(pager): New subsection.
	(terminal): Added a description about the option
	``--lines=LINES''.

	* configure.in (AC_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Set the version number to
	0.92.
