Puppet 3576b91d5c changed the color of the lang name in the packages menu to be just like you 
idk wtf the commit name is supposed to mean but basically the lang text
isnt just plain white anymore.

The icon is gonna be used for folders but for now its just for anything
without a file extension.

Puppet 75db02da9e Added a box that says php to the language packages menu 
There will eventually be a button that installs templates and stuff for
that language. The design of it is really incomplete so thats why it
looks bad.

Puppet 6f9de12ad0 Added a language packages menu to the project manager 
What this will do is basically there will be a list of languages and u
will click install on any of them and then you will have auto complete
and syntax highlighting and stuff for that language. I don't want to
just have every lang that code fly supports automatically be part of
code fly.

It doesnt actually do anything yet but I'll probably make that soon.
Also I think the icon for the button looks pretty good considering I
wrote the svg myself instead of using an svg editor lol.
